The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Monica Salgado.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Embolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis

Other Significant Conditions: Status-Post Repair of Viscus Perforation, Status-Post Caesarean Section, Diabetes Mellitus
