Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old Latino male that occurred in an apartment.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jeremy Avelarde Perez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 3:25 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 13, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
