(L.A.) Milton Gutierrez Puac, 36, Died at a Convenience Store

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old Latino male that occurred at a convenience store.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Milton Gutierrez Puac.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 12:51 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 2, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.

Puac is a distinctly Guatemalan name.
