The coroner’s office has identified the man as Miguel Esparza.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Chronic Renal Failure

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 6:12 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 26.
