(L.A.) Michael Muñoz, 29, Died in a Shopping Plaza

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a shopping plaza.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Muñoz.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP MICHAEL MUÑOZ (August 13, 1994 – September 19, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 7:25 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 5, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
