Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at an embankment.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Victor Garcia.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

Other Significant Condition: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
