Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a vehicle.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Melchor Sanchez Mejia.
Manner of Death: Natural
Cause of Death: Sequelae of Chronic Alcohol Use
RIP MELCHOR SANCHEZ MEJIA (August 13, 1990 – June 4, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 9:44 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 16, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
