RIP MAXWELL JOEL AGUIRRE (November 26, 2000 – September 29, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:33 a.m.
The decedent was the suspect in the July 16 murder of Enrico Eugenio. Aguirre was arrested the same day and arraigned on July 18. He was being held on $2,020,000 bail at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility. His next hearing date was to be on November 21.
Aguirre was in custody of L.A. County Sheriff’s Department when he died. His ultimate place of death was the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Los Angeles General Medical Center (LAGMC).
There is no evidence to support that Maxwell Aguirre “Ended His LIfe.”
Earl Lee Johnson ended his life in Los Angeles County Jail according to Los Angeles Medical Examiner Coroner and Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, then it was discovered that Mr. Johnson died from blunt force trauma and Los Angeles Sheriff’s staged his death inside a cell and covered it up by filing a false police report.
Maxwell Aguirre is one of the finest and most polite persons I have ever met. He comes from an excellent family. I am extremely proud to know and love him.
Clearly, Maxwell is a hero.
