Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Maria Delgado Jimenez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Coronavirus NL63 Infection

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

Coronavirus NL63 is a different strain and not the same as SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
