Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a vehicle.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Maria Caamal.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Injuries
RIP MARIA CAAMAL (September 24, 1979 – April 9, 2025)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 1:13 a.m.
The decedent was one of two individuals who were fatally injured in a two-vehicle incident where a sedan hit an electricity pole before crashing near a Chevron gas station.
This happened by Century Boulevard and Normandie. The other vehicle was a white Honda CRV.
