The coroner’s office has identified the man as Oscar Jenkins.

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension; Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; Tobacco Use; History of Alcohol Abuse; Latent Tuberculosis; Inguinal Hernia
