Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 86-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Loretta Secor.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Left Hip Fracture; Diabetes Mellitus
