(L.A.) Katrina Deloney, 63, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Black female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Katrina Deloney.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Cocaine, Ethanol Toxicity

RIP KATRINA DELONEY (January 3, 1962 – August 9, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 8, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, substance overdose.
