(L.A.) Julio Cesar Silva, 55, Died on the 5 Freeway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Latino male that occurred on the 5 Freeway in Sylmar.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Julio Cesar Silva.

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 3:24 p.m.

On April 21, the Department of Medical Examiner changed their initial conclusion that this was a mere accident.
