Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 51-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joseph Gowen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Neck Fracture

Other Significant Condition: Sequelae of Morbid Obesity
