(L.A.) Richard Dale, 59, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Richard Dale.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Cocaine, Ethanol, and Fentanyl

RIP RICHARD DALE (January 30, 1966 – March 5, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 1:47 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 23, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, substance overdose.
