Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Juliana Martinez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sepsis

Cause of Death B: History of Endocarditis and Bilateral Leg Cellulitis

Other Significant Conditions: Hepatitis B and C; History of Opiate and Amphetamine Use (Clinical)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 3:47 p.m.

This is considered an accidental drug overdose because of the opiate and amphetamine use.
