The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Grace Lee.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Intracranial Hemorrhage and Skull Fracture

Cause of Death B: Traumatic Blunt-Force Head Injury

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 and Hypotension
