Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Josef Abdalla.
Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Darnell.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Tramadol, Fentanyl, Mitragynine, Alprazolam, Hydrocodone, and Norchlorcyclizine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 6:15 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 31, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
Norchlorcyclizine is a metabolite of chlorcyclizine, which is a first-generation antihistamine used to treat allergy symptoms.
Out of over 160,000 death records made public by the county’s medical examiner since 1999, chlorcyclizine has been mentioned less than a dozen ten times. This case may be the second to mention norchlorcyclizine as a cause of death, after Sarah Partee took her own life in October 2023.
