Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jose Chavez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: History of Metastatic Colon Cancer, Congestive Heart Failure, Idiopathic Epilepsy and Chronic Alcohol Use
