Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Argueta.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Ethanol

RIP JOSE ARGUETA (February 27, 1995 – March 12, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 12:26 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published around August 1, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive.
