Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jorge Santos.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 3:32 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 1, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
