Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Clelia Rodriguez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Ethanol, Mirtazapine, and Trazodone

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 7:29 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.
