Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 73-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Johnny Worthy.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Fournier Gangrene; Carcinoma of the Prostate Gland (Both Treated); Sepsis (History); Status Post Multiple Cardiorespiratory Arrests
