(L.A.) John Chambers, 56, Died in a Board & Care Facility

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity that occurred in a board and care facility.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Chambers.
Case status is deferred pending additional investigation.
