The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jimmy Spivey.

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Acute Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death C: Arteriosclerosis

Other Significant Conditions: Acute Renal Failure; Hypertension
