(L.A.) Jerry Ekberg, 63, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jerry Ekberg.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

RIP JERRY EKBERG (January 31, 1960 – July 21, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 11:10 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 22, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
