Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old White/Caucasian male.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jeffrey Reynolds.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hypertensive and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Tobacco Use, Chronic Alcohol Use, and Fatty Liver Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 28.

The government investigator noted that the decedent was found at his father’s residence.
