The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jeffrey Butler.

Cause of Death A: Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death B: Usual Interstitial Pneumonia

Other Significant Conditions: History of Remote Covid-19 Pneumonia, History of Skin Carcinoma
