(L.A.) Jeffrey Blaize, 52, Died From Overdosing on Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jeffrey Blaize.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Intoxication
RIP JEFFREY BLAIZE (September 11, 1970 – August 1, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:03 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 10, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs. This was an accidental overdose.
