Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 19-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Jason Espinosa Perez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Diabetic Ketoacidosis

Cause of Death B: Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 11:45 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 4.
