Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as James Vogler.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Hydrocodone, Fentanyl, Heroin and Methamphetamine
Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Hepatitis C, Idiopathic Epilepsy, Human Immunodeficiency Virus Infection, Prior Suicide Attempts, Tobacco Smoker and Substance Abuse

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 27, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

James vogler (jj) was a very rare person, he was a father, uncle, brother and friend. He was one of those people that would always be helping others meet there ends. He was always helping or fixing or doing something that made others lives a little easier. My brothers death was the hardest thing to take, I know no one will ask questions and I have no answers to why he passed but at least now he’s resting
