(L.A.) Lisa Conduff, 56, Died From Strangulation

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old White/Caucasian female. Her body was found on the 60 Freeway.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Lisa Conduff of Downey, California.

Cause of Death: Strangulation

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 11:15 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 7, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
On June 14, a CHP officer saw an Acura sedan on the right shoulder of the eastbound 60 Freeway, east of Diamond Bar Boulevard, at around 10:45 a.m. and stopped behind it to offer help. He did not see anyone inside the car. After looking around, he spotted the body.
Later in the day, a 32-year-old Downey resident named Sercan Naldoken (Turkish descent) was arrested at John Wayne Airport in connection with this crime.
