(L.A.) Iskandar Mirzayanov, 45, Died During Video Conference

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Iskandar Mirzayanov.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Myocardial Infarct

Cause of Death B: Thrombus of Left Anterior Descending Coronary Artery

Cause of Death C: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

RIP ISKANDAR MIRZAYANOV (March 20, 1980 – April 16, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 6:05 p.m.

The decedent was the son of Vil Mirzayanov, a Soviet chemist of ethnic Tatar origin who now lives in Princeton, New Jersey, best known for revealing the existence in 1992 of Russia’s secret chemical-weapons program, specifically the development of the Novichok nerve agents. The family arrived in the United States in 1995 and the son graduated from university in Boston.

According to his 90-year-old father, Iskandar died suddenly during a video conference with colleagues. We do not know if he was injected with synthetic mRNA.
