(L.A.) Isaac Vail, 41, Died From the Effects of Drug Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Isaac Vail.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Epidural Spinal Abscess of Unknown Etiology

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Fentanyl, Benzodiazepine, and Phencyclidine (Clinical)

RIP ISAAC VAIL (December 27, 1982 – December 1, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 12:15 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 20.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
