The coroner’s office has identified the man as Howard Robinson.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

RIP HOWARD ROBINSON (April 15, 1945 – August 16, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 4:50 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 23, presumably after the results of a tox panel came back negative for substances.
