Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 71-year-old Black male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Herbert Jr Isom.

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes Mellitus and Chronic Kidney Disease
