Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 80-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Guadalupe Aguilar Chavez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Septic Shock

Cause of Death C: Consequences of Uropsepsis

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, Senile Dementia
