Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Gillan Troisi and listed his race/ethnicity as Latino [sic].

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Clayton.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Ethanol Toxicity
