Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Fawaz Ayoub and listed his race/ethnicity as Middle Eastern or North African.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: History of Asthma

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:18 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

 
The decedent is survived by his wife and three children.
