The coroner’s office has identified the baby as Ezequiel Alvarado.

Intrauterine fetal demise is the medical term for a stillbirth.
The “Other Significant Condition” field should read “Effects of Maternal Methamphetamine Use” but government employees are too stupid and lazy to get simple things like their primary job duties right.
