(L.A.) Emmanuel Mitchell, 28, Died in a Sober Living Facility

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Black male that occurred in a sober living facility.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Emmanuel Mitchell.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity
RIP EMMANUEL MITCHELL (December 27, 1995 – February 7, 2024)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 1, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
