Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at an abandoned residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Donald Cunningham.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: History of Peripheral Vascular Disease with Left Lower Extremity Skin Ulcers and Cerebrovascular Accident
