(L.A.) Donald Brown, 16, Ended His Life

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 16-year-old Black male that occurred on a freeway.

The coroner’s office has identified the teenager as Donald Brown.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt Trauma Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 10:35 p.m.

Donald “Trey” Brown III was the third Harvard-Westlake student to die in 2023.
