(L.A.) Delilah Cannon, 12, Ended Her Life

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 12-year-old Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the girl as Delilah Cannon.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Quetiapine and Lamotrigine Toxicity

Quetiapine is an atypical antipsychotic medication prescribed for conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder.

Lamotrigine is an anticonvulsant and mood stabilizer commonly used to treat epilepsy and bipolar disorder.
