(L.A.) David Burnette, 64, Died from Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Burnette.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Alprazolam
RIP DAVID BURNETTE (November 1, 1958 – August 6, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 8:05 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 17, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive. This is considered an accidental overdose.
