(L.A.) Daniel Zapeta, 38, Died in a Park

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Latino male that occurred in a park.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Daniel Zapeta.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Ethanol Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 7:02 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 21.

Alcohol deaths can be classified as accidents under the assumption that the sots didn’t intend to kill themselves.
