The coroner’s office has identified the man as Daniel Elena Lopez of North Hollywood.

The decedent was using a bike lock to damage store property when the cops were called on him. They shot at him and one bullet killed him. Fatally struck by a stray bullet was a 14-year-old girl who was inside a dressing room; she died.
