Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in an industrial area.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Crystalin Keener.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Embolism

Cause of Death B: Phlebothrombosis

RIP CRYSTALIN JENESE KEENER (March 1, 1989 – August 8, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in mid-September.
