Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 21-year-old female of Asian ethnicity that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Crystal Lee.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine and Alprazolam Intoxication

RIP CRYSTAL LEE (January 4, 2002 – March 10, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:12 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs. This was an accidental overdose.
